Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing NAVIG8 Marketing. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience from concept to completion. The following terms help ensure clear expectations for every project.

Project Approval & Production

Production begins once payment has been received, required project information has been provided, and artwork/proofs have been approved.

​

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details including:

  • Artwork

  • Spelling

  • Colors

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Product selections

  • Placement

​

NAVIG8 is not responsible for errors approved by the customer after final approval.

​

Turnaround Times

Standard production time is typically 7–10 business days after final approval and payment, unless otherwise stated on your quote or invoice. Timelines may vary based on project complexity, product availability, shipping delays, approval times, or circumstances outside of NAVIG8’s control. Rush services may be available upon request and may include additional fees.

Payments & Pricing

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise arranged. Quotes and estimates are valid for 15 days and may change based on final project details, artwork requirements, product availability, or scope changes.

Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork and project information. NAVIG8 can assist with design, artwork preparation, and revisions when needed. Additional design services may apply depending on project requirements. Artwork quality affects final production quality. NAVIG8 is not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution or incorrect artwork approved by the customer.

Proof Approval & Color Accuracy

Digital proofs are provided for approval before production. Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, placement, spelling, sizing, and colors before approving production. Due to differences in monitors, printers, materials, and production methods, colors may vary slightly from digital proofs to final products. For exact color matching, customers may provide Pantone (PMS) specifications or physical samples. Additional fees may apply.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes requested after approval or after production begins may result in additional fees and production delays.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be available. Any completed work, purchased materials, or services already performed remain the responsibility of the customer.

Product Availability

NAVIG8 works with multiple suppliers and does not stock all products. Occasionally, items may become unavailable due to manufacturer inventory changes. If this occurs, NAVIG8 will provide available alternatives for approval.

​

Custom Product Variations

Custom apparel, printing, embroidery, signage, and promotional products may have slight variations due to manufacturing and production processes. NAVIG8 works diligently to provide high-quality results but cannot guarantee exact manufacturer colors, garment construction, or material consistency.

Quality Assurance & Claims

NAVIG8 carefully reviews completed projects; however, customers should inspect all products upon delivery.

Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. If NAVIG8 is responsible for a production error, we will work to correct the issue through a reprint or appropriate resolution. Refunds are not provided for completed custom production orders unless required by applicable law.

Shipping & Delivery

NAVIG8 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Apparel Care

Proper care helps maintain the quality and longevity of custom apparel.

​

We recommend:

  • Washing garments inside out

  • Using cold water

  • Avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals

  • Drying on low heat or air drying

  • Avoiding direct ironing on printed or embroidered areas

​

Screen Printing Care

To maintain the quality and vibrancy of your screen-printed apparel:

  • Turn garments inside out before washing

  • Wash with cold water using a mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals

  • Do not dry clean

  • Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat

  • Avoid ironing directly on the printed area (turn garment inside out if needed)

For best results, wait 24–48 hours before the first wash after receiving your apparel.

With proper care, your screen-printed designs will remain bold and durable wear after wear.

Embroidery Care

To keep embroidered apparel looking sharp and professional:

  • Turn garments inside out before washing

  • Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners

  • Avoid twisting or wringing embroidered areas

  • Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat

  • Iron garments inside out or use a pressing cloth over embroidery

Store embroidered apparel in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help preserve thread color and quality.

With proper care, your embroidered designs will maintain their professional appearance for years.

​

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Care

With proper care, professionally applied DTF prints can maintain their appearance for 50–100+ washes, resisting cracking, peeling, and fading.

​

  • Wait to wash: Allow newly pressed garments to sit for at least 24 hours before the first wash.

  • Turn inside out: Always wash the garment inside out to protect the design from rubbing against the washing machine drum or other clothes.

  • Use cold water: Wash on a gentle/cold water cycle.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or harsh fabric softeners.

  • Dry on low: Tumble dry on a low heat setting or air dry the garment to prevent the ink and adhesive from melting or shrinking.

Many DTF providers charge additional fees for enhanced color capabilities. At NAVIG8, advanced color performance is part of our commitment to delivering premium-quality apparel without unnecessary upgrades.

​

Customer Supplied Items

NAVIG8 does not guarantee print or embroidery quality on customer-supplied garments due to differences in materials, construction, and compatibility with production methods.

​

Vehicle Wraps, Decals & Installation

Transform your vehicles and spaces into powerful brand assets with professionally designed graphics and signage from NAVIG8. From vehicle wraps and fleet graphics to storefront decals, office branding, and custom signage, we provide high-quality solutions using trusted materials and experienced installation methods. Our installation team is trained with industry-leading materials including 3M and Avery, with professional sign and vehicle graphic installation expertise.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals prior to installation. For the best results, installation areas must be clean, accessible, and properly prepared before application. NAVIG8 is not responsible for issues, damage, or reduced durability resulting from installation performed by third parties, and warranties or durability expectations may not apply when products are installed by anyone other than NAVIG8.

Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use all logos, artwork, trademarks, and designs submitted for production.

NAVIG8 retains ownership of original designs, artwork, and creative materials created by NAVIG8 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. NAVIG8 may display completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States.

​

Agreement

By approving a quote, invoice, artwork proof, or project confirmation, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. NAVIG8 Marketing reserves the right to update these terms as needed.

​

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
